I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work. I am License Clinical Social Worker for the State of CT. For the past 20+ years, I have been working with youth, families and couples to gain stability in their lives. I take a client centered approach so that individuals and couples feel empowered to walk with you through life changes. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The use of EMDR has shown significant improvement in my client's symptoms as it relates to depression, anxiety, past traumas and relationship challenges. Challenges can be momentary but can also last a lifetime if not managed. One decision can completely change where you are today. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in your journey.
